Content Policy

Stories, comedy, ads, characters and movie-style scenes are all welcome. These rules apply to everything you generate, upload, edit or publish — including content you only keep private.

• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises children.
• Sexual or intimate images of a real person without their consent.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or serious violence against people.
• Content that is illegal in India, or that helps someone commit a crime.

• Only put a real person's face, body or voice in a video with their permission.
• Don't impersonate anyone, or make a real person appear to say or do something they didn't, in a way that could mislead viewers.
• Don't use public figures, politicians or celebrities to spread false claims, endorse products they haven't, or influence elections.
• Label realistic AI content as AI-made when you publish it outside AI Studio.

• Only upload footage, music, images and characters you own or have permission to use. Clips from films, TV shows or other creators' videos usually need the rights holder's permission.
• Don't remove watermarks or claim others' work as your own.
• Famous scenes shown on AI Studio are official clips embedded from their owners' YouTube channels for inspiration — make your own original scenes in that style.

• Hate speech or content attacking people for their religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or sharing someone's private information.
• Content encouraging self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous challenges.
• Scams, spam, misleading health or financial claims, and malware.

We may block a generation, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious the problem is. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires.

Email ai@aventematnitch.in with a link to the content and why it should be removed. For copyright, include proof that you own the work. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on valid ones as quickly as we can — within 36 hours where the law requires.
